The basic process begins with a thorough cleaning of the tile and grout with janitorial grade cleansers. Drying usually takes place as we move along with the cleaning process. Once dry the sealing process begins. In the case of natural stone the stone AND the grout is sealed either with a penetrating seal, a penetrating enhancer or a topical seal. Your technician will discuss these options with you in detail during your FREE estimate. In the case of ceramic or porcelain tile the process is the same except only the grout is sealed with a stain or color seal as discussed on the "Grout Re-Coloring" page. Once completed you will receive cleaner and care/maintenance instructions.
